Combat Skills

Block-allows you to use shields to block any melee attack. A successful block removes all damage from the attack. Governing Attribute-Agility

Armorer-used to maintain weapons and armor at top effectivness. Hammers and Tongs are used with this skill to repair the armor or weapon. Governing Attribute-Strength

Medium Armor-lets you use strong, but flexible armor like: Chain, Scale, Bonemold, and Orcish Armors. Governing Attribute-Endurance

Heavy Armor-lets you use massive and rigid armor like: Iron, Steel, Silver, Dwenmer, Ebony, and Daedric Armors. Governing Attribute-Endurance

Blunt Weapon-makes you more effective with heavy bashing weapons like: Maces, Hammers, Clubs, and Staves. Governing Attribute-Strength

Long Blade-makes you more effective with weapons like: Broadswords, Sabers, Longswords, Claymores, Katanas, and Dai-Katanas. Governing Attribute-Strength

Axe-makes you effecive with heavy chopping weapons like: War Axes, and Battle Axes. Governing Attribute-Strength

Spear-makes you effective with long, shafted, thrusting weapons like: Spears, and Halberds. Governing Attribute-Endurance

Athletics-makes you a better runner and swimmer. Governing Attribute-Speed

Magic Skills

Destruction-this skill lets you master the destructive powers of magicka like: Elemental Damage, Draining and Damaging Skills and Stats, Weakness to Spells, and Disintegrating Armor and Weapons. Governing Attribute-Willpower.

Alteration-this skill lets you manipulate the physical properties of Morrowind like: Water Breathing, Water Walking, Jumping, Levitating, Burdening, Opening, Locking, and creating Shield Barriers against certain types of spells. Governing Attribute-Willpower.

Illusion-this skill lets you alter the perspectives of living subjects. Spells include: Blind, Light, Paralyze, Silence, Calm, Frenzy, Chameleon, and Invisibility. Governing Attribute-Personality.

Conjuration-this lets you summon creatures and weapons from Oblivion, also allows you to command both hummans and creatures. Spells include: Summon , Bound , and Command Creature/Humanoid. Governing Attribute-Intelligence.

Mysticism-this lets you use otherwordly forces to: Soul Trap, Teleport, use Telekinesis, Absorb and Reflect spells, and sense unseen objects from afar. Governing Attribute-Willpower.

Restoration-lets you: Heal/Restore your Health/Attributes, Fortify your Health/Magicka/Fatigue/Attributes/Skills, Resist and Cure Disease. Governing Attribute-Willpower.

Enchant-governs the creation of enchanted items. Increases your chance of creating an enchanted item successfully. Governing Attribute-Intelligence.

Alchemy-allows you to view the properties of all the substances in Morrowind. Also, increases your chance of successfully creatiing your own potions with alchemical equipment. Governing Attribute-Intelligence.

Unarmored-lets you evade attacks, while not wearing any armor at all. Governing Attribute-Speed.

Stealth Skills

Security-lets you disarm traps and open locked doors and chests. Governing Attribute-Intelligence.

Sneak-lets you sneak around unseen.(click the right joystick twice to lock yourself into sneak, click once to get out of it) Governing Attribute-Agility.

Acrobatics-allows you to jump higher and farther. Also, lets you take little damage when landing after a big fall. Governing Attribute-Strength.

Light Armor-lets you defend against attacks while wearing light-weight, flexible armor like: Leather, Fur, Chitin, and Glass Armor. Governing Attribute-Agility.

Short Blade-makes yopu effective with weapons like: Daggers, Tantos, Short Swords, and Wakizashis. Governing Attribute-Speed.

Marksman-makes you effective with ranged weapons like: Short Bows, Long Bows, Crossbows, Darts, Throwing Knives, and Throwing Stars. Governing Attribute-Agility.

Mercantile-lets you buy low, and sell high. Saves money on bought goods, and earns you money when selling goods. Governing Attribute-Personality.

Speechcraft-allows you to bribe, intimidate, and taunt NPC's with a higher chance of success. Governing Attribute-Personality.

Hand-to-Hand-makes you more effective while using your fists. Hand-to-Hand only damages fatigue, until the enemy is knocked to the ground, then it does actual damage to the enemy's health. Governing Attribute-Speed.
